Mr WTC Kelly appeared for the petitioner The parties were married on February 21 1906, and there was one child. It was stated that the res- pondent had sold up the furniture and turned his wife out of the house, causing her to return to her mothers residence. The case had been pre- vously before the Court. Evidence was also given that the petitioner had been earning her own living. A decree nisi was granted.
