1883 Thomas Docwra 120,327 pounds 4s. 5d. of Balls Pond Rd and Swanage Dorset Contractor died 27 June 1882 by Mary Ann Faith (wife of John Faith) of 31 Cambridge Rd Killen? (can't read my writing) and Elizabeth Kittoe (wife of Edward Dewing Kittoe) of Wareham Dorset the daughter and Joseph Wetwood the younger of 39 Great Tower St City of London Civil Engineer the Executor. ( really need to back and write it out properly!)
